How can I order?
Just add the item(s) you love to your Shopping Bag. Once you’ve finished shopping, click ‘Your Shopping Bag’ in the top-right corner of the webshop screen.
You’ll then be guided through the purchasing process step by step. It’s important to fill in the correct address details because that’s where your package will be sent. Please double-check that the information is correct, otherwise your package won’t arrive! If you have a different billing/delivery address, that’s no problem. Simply indicate this when placing your order.

Will you restock sold out items?
Yes, we will always try to restock!
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once you have paid for your order, changing or canceling is not possible anymore. After receiving your order, you can still return your item(s) or exchange for another size if needed.
I have received an item I didn’t order or a faulty item. What to do?
If you received an item that you didn’t order or a faulty item, please send them back to Strawberry Secrets. In these cases we will pay the return costs.
